My hard drive containing most of my images of eighteen months travel was stolen by gypsies in Modena, Italy so my reference material is lost and I’m having to rely on memory of where this image of the jackdaws with their distinct eyes came from. I think somewhere in Morocco but not absolutely sure. They remind me of Muslim women in burkas, flapping black in desert winds
